制造流程

铜箔基板与黏合片

铜箔基板 (Copper Clad Laminate，简称CCL) 为制造印刷电路板之关键性基础材料。系利用绝缘纸、玻璃纤维布或其它纤维材料经树脂含浸后所得之黏合片 (Prepreg，亦称胶片) 与铜箔叠合，于高温高压下成形之积层板。
