Laminate (CCL) has transformed from a traditional electronic substrate into a key engine driving the new generation of technological revolution. As the waves of artificial intelligence (AI) and server technology sweep across the globe, from NVIDIA's GPUs to major cloud service providers' AI servers, the demand for computing power has increased exponentially, rapidly pushing the CCL industry towards high frequency, high speed, and high reliability. In this value chain, from raw material suppliers to CCL manufacturers mastering core technologies, facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges. CCL materials are shifting from traditional epoxy systems to PPE, and further advancing towards hydrocarbon resins. The challenge is on how to enhance electrical properties while extending thermal stability, low moisture absorption, processing, and reliability, testing the technical capabilities of each CCL manufacturer.
